PHILOSOPHY:

Children need positive adult mentoring, to be taught specific skills about life and education and a strong motivation (basketball) that will keep them involved in the program. At Falcons Boys Club, our program rewards positive attitude and effectively encourages children to change failure to success in a positive way. Our strong youth development model promotes a sense of belonging, competence and knowledge, while creating positive self-esteem, self-discipline and self-direction.

The Falcons Boys Club Bus Program is designed to ensure that no boy is left behind.  We are looking to purchase a bus that will allow us to achieve this goal.  Please donate to this project, as we build boys rather than mend when they become men!

Falcons Boys Conference

In
2006, the club began hosting the largest annual conference for young men call
“Building Youth is better than Mending Men”. At the 2017 conference, we had over
four hundred young men and their fathers in attendance and over 200 of them
responded for salvation. Grand Bahama Island is home to the conference, but we have also hosted this conference in the islands of New Providence,
San Salvador, Abaco, Andros, and Eleuthera, over the past ten years.

As we are now challenged with COVID-19, we aim to develop virtual programs that allows us to stay connected with our young men and develop virtual opportunities.  We are grateful for your donation, as we continue to create outlets for our boys.

The Falcons Boys Boys Outreach Program is aimed at assisting those in need for back-to-school, during times of challenge and can be held at any time, during the year.  For years, we have been sponsored by community partners, who go above-and-beyond to assist in giving back to the boys, and by extension, the community.
